Rectangular seal ring

There is a kind of seal ring that is simpler than the O-ring, but has better sealing performance than the O-ring.

It is a rectangular sealing ring called a fixed sealing ring in the industry.

Different from the O-shaped ring, the rectangular seal ring has a rectangular cross-section. The cross-sectional

shape of the rectangular sealing ring enables it to have a higher sealing pressure. In some static sealing situations

with special requirements, rectangular rings can replace O-rings and star-shaped sealing rings.

Technical data:

pressure 50MPa and the sealing gap can be higher if the sealing gap is small.

Temperature -40C~+200″C

Medium Petroleum-based hydraulic fluid, lubricating oil, water, air and other media.

The material commonly used is nitrile rubber with Shore A90 hardness.
